The MSI Mystic Light might not work if you are using an outdated version of it or the Dragon Center. Most of them said to update the BIOS & EC Firmware which I did, but still no luck. Solution 1: Update the Dragon Center to the Latest Build The Dragon Center and MSI Mystic Light applications are updated regularly to add new features to it and patch its known bugs.
